I have created a questionnaire for the purposes of this research, which will be conducted among mobile users aged 18-20 in order to find out about and analyze their shopping habits (both onlile and offline).
The first version of the survey was unnecessary long and detailed, and might have "scared away" users. After realizing this flaw, I came up with a new version, which was limited to 10 or less questions. By using a smarter structure and wording for the questions, and weeding out the unnecessary information, I was able to shorten the list down to 9 essential questions.
The final version of the questionnaire is now on this blog, and can be found in the navigation above. Each question (or group of similar questions) comes with an explanation of why I need this information, and what purposes it will be used for.
